After 13 years of dedicated trial work in Arkansas, Jerrie joined Jessica Jensen Law in 2011 as an experienced attorney, ready to assist you with your legal issue. Jerrie is excited to expand her practice in Washington to include utilizing collaborative and holistic legal practices whenever possible to find practical solutions to legal issues and disputes.
Jerrie’s litigation experience has taught her that settling disputes by agreement usually serves her clients better than litigating. She is a trained in collaborative law as well as mediation skills. As a mediator, Jerrie utilizes a number of different mediation styles to meet the needs and personalities of the parties. Because of her mediation experience, Jerrie was selected by the Washington State Department of Commerce to mediate foreclosure disputes. She is also available to mediate employment, family law, business, personal injury and real estate disputes.
Jerrie Paine’s legal career started as an attorney handling child protective cases through the Office of Chief Counsel for the Arkansas Department of Human Services and then for Legal Aid of Arkansas. In 2001, Jerrie opened her own practice in Batesville Arkansas, and expanded her legal expertise to include criminal defense, tort actions involving individuals, insurance and business matters, entity formation, product liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death, civil rights violations, contract and real estate law, Social Security disability, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy and consumer protection.
At Jessica Jensen Law PS, Jerrie Paine continues her work in all areas of law with an emphasis on business, family, personal injury, white collar crime, wills, trusts and estates and real estate.

Personal
Born in Morton, Washington into a household with seven children, Jerrie learned early that she had a passion for her family who helped make her the person she is today. Losing her father at a young age, Jerrie’s mom relocated the family to her home state of Arkansas. Jerrie has always loved Washington and wanted to return here where she has two brothers. Now, with a family of her own including her husband Dashiell Paine, her children Aidan and J. Lee, and their two dogs Gizmo the Great and Ray, they have embarked on the next journey in their lives here in Thurston County.
