Uncontested Divorce

Flat-Fee Uncontested (Agreed) Divorce Options

We offer two flat-fee divorce options if you and your spouse have an “uncontested” divorce; meaning, you agree on all issues related to your divorce but you want the benefit of legal advice.  You’ll have peace of mind knowing that what you’ve agreed to is fair to both parties and your divorce documents accurately reflect your agreement with nothing accidentally left out.  Although we are glad to meet and work with both spouses, ethically we can represent only one spouse.  We will provide a list of recommended attorneys for the other spouse if desired.

$3,000 Flat-Fee Divorce (with minor children)

Where there are minor children, this option includes an initial consultation with an attorney to discuss your divorce and the divorce process and answer your questions, preparation of court-required documents custom-tailored to your situation, court filing fees, consultation with an attorney regarding parenting plan, child support, asset and debt division, and attendance at your divorce hearing.  We pay particular attention to issues regarding the family home, helping you develop a workable parenting plan for your unique family situation, ensuring health care, child care and other expenses for the children are addressed, and division of debt and assets, including retirement plans.

$2,250 Flat-Fee Divorce (no children)

Where there are no minor children, this options includes an initial consultation with an attorney to discuss your divorce and the divorce process and answer your questions, preparation of court-required documents custom-tailored to your situation, court filing fees, consultation with an attorney regarding asset and debt division, and attendance at your divorce hearing.  We pay particular attention to issues regarding the family home, asset and debt division, and retirement accounts.
